Core Activities:
GROW empowers rural communities to actively participate in identifying their own needs. The focus is on OVCs.- GROW offers weekly support sessions for OVCs, home visits, local volunteer training, caregivers meetings and annual surveys.
- To provide education to those illiterate
- To provide psycho-social support to the orphans and those HIV/AIDS infected and affected people.
Activities in Lesotho:
- Education/literacy: Grow initiated volunteer based literacy training program that serves mostly shepherds who do not have the opportunity to attend formal schooling. Evening and weekends sessions on basic numeracy and literacy are conducted by volunteers. These have over time intergraded life skills, HIV/AIDS education. Beneficiaries range from as young as 10yrs to 45yrs.
- Livelihood: Grow has over the years assisted communities pursue livelihood recovery initiatives ranging from agriculture oriented to handicrafts. This entails vegetable production at households level and form based research activities that advocates for organic forming techniques and low external inputs sustainable agriculture.
- Community Health program: The program after psycho social and material support to orphans, vulnerable households individuals and groups pf people living with HIV/AIDS through regular sessions, workshops, meetings home visit local volunteers are trained to mentor children, help cope with loss, avoid exploitation abusive situation, learn about HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment.
Future Plans:
To expand beyond Mokhotlong.

- Funds: financial assistance for illiterate posts, herd boys and OVC. Home based care Kit that includes: antiseptic (Savlon), cotton wool, Band Aid
- Training Needs: Training for the support groups on HIV/AIDS.
