Canon Collins Trust runs a Tertiary Education scholarship Programme for students from Southern Africa in both the United Kingdom and South Africa recognising that an educated and skilled workforce is a key component in achieving the national goals of reconstruction and development. The trust also runs schools projects across southern Africa.

Activities in Lesotho:

Canon Collins Trust provides post-graduate scholarships to Lesotho students who can demonstrate a developmental contribution when they return home. Approx 5 scholars to the UK every year and around 20 to South Africa.

About Letsema

HIV and AIDS have had a heavy toll on the children and young people of Lesotho.

Letsema is a Sentebale progamme whose mission is to transform the lives of Lesotho’s orphans and vulnerable children by working as a coordinated network of organisations.

Letsema Members work together to provide a variety of services, ranging from education, residential care,  HIV and AIDS treatment and prevention, and others . We want to give hope to these young people and bring joy back into their lives.
