    Breadline Africa’s focus is sensible, sustainable, long-term solutions to the problems created by poverty in Africa. It’s about supporting those projects which will make a permanent difference in the lives of communities affected by extreme poverty : hunger, homelessness, lack of skills training, unemployment. A condition of our involvement is that each project – as far as possible – is run and managed by the beneficiaries.

About Letsema

HIV and AIDS have had a heavy toll on the children and young people of Lesotho.

Letsema is a Sentebale progamme whose mission is to transform the lives of Lesotho’s orphans and vulnerable children by working as a coordinated network of organisations.

Letsema Members work together to provide a variety of services, ranging from education, residential care,  HIV and AIDS treatment and prevention, and others . We want to give hope to these young people and bring joy back into their lives.
