Core Activities:

To do aware with poverty that affects OVC in our communities through projects that we may develop for them.
To help in sustaining a normal living standards of the OVC by offering all necessary material we can offer to them.

Activities in Lesotho:

OVC are taught how to saw clothes, plant grops for income generation and sustaining life standards.
45 OVC are benefiting from our organisation.

Future Plans:

To have our own place where OVC can be accommodated & where we can run our own office, orphanage and office space.
To help OVC who could not manage to go to tertiary schools to achieve their future Dreams by offering them life Skills.

Needs of Organisation:

Financial assistance to run daily operations of the organisation, e.g. rent for the hired place.
To get equipment or resources to start income generating projects like seeds to plough.

Ways of how we can work well with OVC in terms of HIV & other related issues.

About Letsema

HIV and AIDS have had a heavy toll on the children and young people of Lesotho.
Letsema is a Sentebale progamme whose mission is to transform the lives of Lesotho’s orphans and vulnerable children by working as a coordinated network of organisations.

Letsema Members work together to provide a variety of services, ranging from education, residential care, HIV and AIDS treatment and prevention, and others . We want to give hope to these young people and bring joy back into their lives.
