Core Activities:
Our mission is to raise money and foster support in the UK, in order to fund the tuition fees for men and women in Lesotho to study practical skills such as motor mechanics, carpentry, brick-laying, electrics and leatherwork.
We are a Christian UK based charity that was set up in 1982.
The charity helps break that cycle, and to date, we have supported over 250 students, and the number each year has steadily increased, from initially 8 to 60. It costs on average, £160 (UK Sterling) for the tuition fees for one student, and since we are a voluntary organization, over 95% of the money raised is donated goes directly towards paying tuition fees, which means a little money goes a long way.
