• To establish a self sustaining programme for women in Lesotho and their families not excluding the community at large.
• Lower the rate of unemployment through skill training which will facilitate the better living standard for women and their families.
• Try and work with more organizations and joining the council for alleviating poverty in women and OVC

• Organise workshops for women in order to train and facilitate skill development in Lesotho.
• We have a vocational school for OVC in order to counter-act poverty amongst OVC.
• OVC are included in nursery school and also offer sewing machines and machines for carpentry to start life maintaining jobs.
