Core Activities:

To provide a youth friendly facility where services for orphans and vulnerable youth of the Katse Area can be provided.
To furnish a facility whose use has been donated by LHDA and will include the following the following: a youth group area where youth can gather for meetings, trainings and social and recreational activities.
An adolescent health corner where medical services are available for youth.
An administrative area where space will be provided to NGOs and other agencies, so they can bring their services to the area and support the youth activities.
To improve the economic status of the youth, by starting income generating activities.

Future Plans:

1. Establishment of the adolescent health centre.
2. To generate funds to expand the project and support orphans and vulnerable youth.
3. NGOs will be informed of the Katse Youth Centre's goals and will be invited to support implementation of the goals.
4. To improve literacy in the herdboys.
