- Provide life skills to the youth
- Vocational training
- Collecting youth from the streets to motivate them about life challenges
- Provide play therapy to the vulnerable children in order to learn or discover their problems then offer counseling
- Educate kids and adults (teach them how to write and read)
Activities in Lesotho :
- Gardening: help OVC with gardening communial plots and providing 250 OVC with fresh vegetables
- Talent identification: help to identify talented youth in the community and refer them to sustainable organizations that can help them, e.g. music talent since some of the youth have composed music and are selling CDs.
- HIV Testing and Counseling: HIV and AIDS awareness is practiced. They conduct outreach and provide HIV and AIDS pre-testing and post-testing counseling to those who volunteer to test.
- Provision of clothing: offered to those who volunteer to test and to 75 OVCs.
- Income generation: handicrafts like decorating bottles, make key holders using the bulls horns, earrings, drawing and designing.
Future Plans:
- To see Roma youth quit drug abuse
- To see those who work on handicrafts starting their own businesses and growing
- To see the youth changing for the better
- To see OVC living a better life and being free from stigmatization
Needs of Organisation:
- Sports equipment to start sports activities
- Agricultural equipment
- Some computers do not function since there is inadequate parts, e.g. keyboards and cords
- Need to be assisted with additional machinery
- Need additional books to help adult and kids about reading and writing
- Training in handicrafts
- Money
