About Letsema

HIV and AIDS have had a heavy toll on the children and young people of Lesotho.

Letsema is a Sentebale progamme whose mission is to transform the lives of Lesotho’s orphans and vulnerable children by working as a coordinated network of organisations.

Letsema Members work together to provide a variety of services, ranging from education, residential care,  HIV and AIDS treatment and prevention, and others . We want to give hope to these young people and bring joy back into their lives.

If you are working with Lesotho’s orphans and vulnerable children, we would love to hear from you – apply to join our Letsema community and keep us updated with your news.
